Ealing Hammersmith and West London College
Following a devastating fire, TGA provided project management and contract administration services for the rebuilding of the College’s Ealing site.
Working closely with the College and their loss adjusters, we appointed the design team and procured contract works to rebuild one of the key teaching and resource buildings destroyed by the fire, whilst significantly altering and modernising internal layouts.
This led to a site-wide redevelopment, including construction of a new Centre of Vocational Excellence. The works which were procured under a traditional contract incorporated a range of new flexible teaching spaces, secure entrance, gymnasium and support offices, together with new landscaping and revised vehicular and pedestrian segregation.
TGA’s input subsequently extended to the provision of planned preventative maintenance reporting and services maintenance contracts procurement across the College’s three sites.
