TGA has worked closely with Framlingham College for over 18 years, providing a range of professional services to support and assist the in-house operations and estate teams.

Our involvement has included detailed planned preventative maintenance reporting across the College’s junior and upper school sites, consisting of over 40 buildings.
‍
Ongoing assessment and review with the College has led to the implementation of a variety of repair, refurbishment and alteration projects that we have specified, procured and managed on behalf of the College.
‍
Projects have included repair and maintenance of the Elizabethan and Victorian buildings and chapel, conversion of classrooms into dormitory accommodation and refurbishment of teaching spaces.
